Delicately soft and gently sweet persimmon fruit (kaki) chips made from our sun-kissed organic persimmons grown on our own lands in central Portugal. The fruits are harvested at optimal maturity and processed quickly.
Persimmon is a fruit rich in vitamins A and C and healthy amounts of potassium and magnesium. As the fruit is dehydrated at a temperature of 41°C, all the vitamins are preserved (raw food quality). This product contains no added sugar; the sweet taste is all natural.
